Young Adult Book Review: Stitching Snow by R.C. Lewis
Stitching Snow takes elements form Snow White and creates an entertaining read with a clever and fun mix of science fiction and fairy-tale. Although I have not read the exceptionally well-loved Cinder by Meyers yet, and cannot compare writings, I would say the Stitching Snow is a sister tale, similar in theme and style, and should be enjoyed for her own uniqueness.
Young Adult Book Review: Black Ice by Becca Fitzpatrick
Black Ice is one of those thrillers that you go into only knowing the bare bones of the story, just enough to intrigue you with its hints of a suspense and romance, yet the ever-increasing tension and dark twists completely ensnare you in their grasp. I was taken by surprise by how much this story captivated me.
